Plantana is a high-end vegan restaurant for international food lovers. 

The name Plantana brings up images of tropical places and plant based eating. The word itself is the feminized spanish word platanos which means plantains. This was an ideal choice for the theme of the restaurant because
it was an exotic fruit that is loved by many people living near the equator.
This would entice people internationally as well as english speakers because Plantana contains the word plant which would give people and idea of what to expect. The colour scheme was changed to green and soft natural yellows to match the theme. This made the menu appear friendlier and open.
